They were totally impressed with the fact that he's only been with me for 3-4 months and that we did so well together. Can't wait till September! We will be working on our stay and a couple small things until then.
After his evaluation today we went to see the chalk art at the Gateway Mall in Salt Lake City. Very impressive art! Here's a couple of my favorites:

ReplyDeleteIt took Dixie two testing times to pass the Delta Test - and she has all of her hearing! Make sure you take him back to be retested- he will be wonderful and has such a story to tell! Sounds like they loved him!
ReplyDeleteHe's VERY food motivated so will do anything until he figures out what you want to get his treats or food. I started not giving him his food until he sat, then went to the down, now he has to sit at the end of hall way until I walk to the other end and invite him to come and eat. He did it today after only two days of trying!
ReplyDeleteAww - He is such a smart boy! Both of my shepherds are food motivated as well - they especially love garlic chicken and will do just about anything I ask of them! Glad Rocky is doing well! I will watch for his progress on his Delta Test! I know he will pass it and be such a great dog to take on visits to the hospital. We love going to pediatrics and Dixie has her own trading cards!
